Albourne recently launched a Future of Work policy; this hybrid flexibility policy aims to promote work-life balance for colleagues.
Learning & Development Programs
We support our employees’ ongoing development at various stages of their careers. In addition to courses offered internally, like the Albourne Shares Knowledge days, and through our learning management system, for eligible employees, we help pay for external courses and exams to acquire professional qualifications such as the CFA and CAIA. Employees also receive 5 paid study leave days per year when pursuing an approved qualification.
