Retirement Benefits Program

Planning for the future is important. Benefits offered may be in the form of social and employer-provided plans that deliver financial support at retirement.

Family Support & Flexibility

We recognize the importance of balancing work and family life, as such, we are continually looking to review family-friendly policies, especially around parental leave and flexible working. Albourne recently launched a Future of Work policy; this hybrid flexibility policy aims to promote work-life balance for colleagues.

Learning & Development Programs

We support our employees’ ongoing development at various stages of their careers. In addition to courses offered internally, like the Albourne Shares Knowledge days, and through our learning management system, for eligible employees, we help pay for external courses and exams to acquire professional qualifications such as the CFA and CAIA. Employees also receive 5 paid study leave days per year when pursuing an approved qualification.
