Hiring Process

OUR FIVE STAGE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Your application is reviewed by the Human Resources team who will assess your skills and experience to determine if these match the key selection criteria. The application will be forwarded to the relevant department for review.

Initial Screening

Our interview process consists of an initial interview with Human Resources and will typically be a phone screening which gives you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role and the firm, followed by one or more interviews with managers from the hiring department.

Interview Process

Where applicable, for some roles we may require you to complete skills-based tests depending on the role and department needs.

Assessment

Successful candidates receive a verbal offer from the HR department. This is followed by either an offer letter or, where legally required, a written contract which allows you to review details of the offer and employment conditions.

Offer

All employment offers are contingent upon the completion of satisfactory pre-employment background checks. Once the candidate accepts the written offer, pre-employment checks are initiated.
